1. Scope

RealNowDeal offers professional secure property deal management services. Our team assists with documentation, title verification, transaction coordination and project oversight. Services are provided online or on site, as agreed in your service plan.

3. Info Products

We offer digital guides and training materials related to secure property deal management. Access is granted after purchase. Content is authored by industry experts and provided in downloadable format.

4. Physical Goods

RealNowDeal may sell printed manuals, signage kits and other tangible items to support secure property deal management. Products are shipped from our facilities or third-party warehouses.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service within 7 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are prorated based on services delivered. You may request to transfer your service to another party or another date by contacting our support team. Some bespoke or on-site packages require a non-refundable deposit to cover preparatory costs; this will be clearly stated in your service agreement.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the digital nature of info products, all sales are final once access is granted or downloads begin. If a file is corrupt or fails to download, you are entitled to a replacement copy within 14 days of purchase.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused, unopened goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
